This item is heavy duty, good quality. we used it for residential lighting, but it is actually for commercial use. We mounted on top of concrete base that was already installed (so we purchased additional anchors). The J bolts that come with the item are a better idea if you place them in the concrete.

2405 - steel post flange base

This item is of good quality and heavy duty construction. I mounted it on top of a concrete pier base with wedge anchors. I didn't use the J bolts that came with the post base since my concrete base was previously poured.
