button would not work

Had to reuse the button from my old doorbell. Not worth even returning. There is no value if the product doesn't work.

We wanted a brass pineapple doorbell button plate. This was perfect. Heavy weight, classy looking, good detail. Received it within a few days of ordering. Easy to install. Best of all was the customer service. I was having computer problems and ended up order 3 or 4 of them. The customer service rep called the next day and inquired if we really wanted 4 or just one. They corrected the order. Extremely satisfied.
