I really like the look of this chandeleir. However, when attaching the chain to hang the chandelier, I had to pry the chain links apart to attach the chain to the chandelier and then to the ceiling hook. The links were very difficult for me to pry apart and when I finally did, even though I protected them by wrapping the ends of the screw drivers and pliers with electrician's tape, the finish was trashed. There should be some type of link that opens and closes easily to attach the chain.

When I opened the box because of the price I thought something would be wrong. It was perfect...used it in breakfast room

Fixture was as shown and described. Shipment was speedy and we are very happy with the product.

This was a good product. We had ordered the same fixture a year ago, but due to a house fire had to replace it. Chose the same one again.
